We all had a great time at the troop dinner. It is a shame for those who could not make
it not to be able to meet all the older members of Troop 17, and hear what effect
the troop had on their lives. We had a
great speaker in Lee White who graciously gave us some of his time. All the memorabilia was interesting. We also
received some great gifts from the Lynch family to whom we are most thankful.
You get another chance in 5 years to come to a dinner; so do not miss it then, since this one will remain in many memories as a great time. We especially want to thank Mr. Remillard and his students for putting together such a great room and meal. Thanks also to all the scouts who helped decorate the room and serve us our meals. Also thanks to Mr. Botti for letting us use the facilities.
